About the Job
You will:
- Manage the available online resource to ensure that all clients are receiving the appropriate levels of servicing.
- Handle online strategy and planning by working with offline planners and creative agencies to establish the role for digital within clients overall approach and within particular campaigns.
- Be responsible for the development of International Digital Media Planning across the entire account group, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Negotiate long-term partnership approaches with major online pan regional suppliers.
- Handle internal digital training and run regular training sessions with both the international team as a whole and the wider agency alongside the UK Interaction team.
About the person
You will:
- Have substantial experience in the online / digital media market on a domestic and international scale, ideally within a leading media agency with an international department.
- Be successful at developing and implementing digital media planning strategies.
- Possess expertise in digital media including social media, search and mobile marketing.
- Feel at ease using adserving systems, campaign management tools and planning tools.
Search Strategist EMEA

This is an exciting opportunity, working with Automotive and FMCG clients, within an International Media agency. You will be part of a team that is responsible for collecting and defining best practice approaches for Paid Search and SEO both for DR as well as Brand Communication and the education of local teams in EMEA.
About the Job
You will:
- Take responsibility for the management of search activity for Brand Communication and DR clients.
- Work with clients, comms planners and Interaction teams to roll out best practise for paid search and SEO.
- Coordinate and manage central projects, analysis and reporting of search activity across all EMEA markets.
- Monitor project performance, collect local leanings and knowledge; and coordinate regular feedback sessions to grow search activity for specific clients.
- Be involved with European strategy development and rollout.
- Account manage – act as the primary contact for key clients.
About the person
You will:
- Have substantial experience in search (paid and SEO), and the management of international clients in this medium.
- Possess very good communication and presentation skills.
- Have experience in tracking, implementation and bid management tools.
- Posses experience in web analytics and analysis for SEO activity, coupled with experience in SEO audit tools.
- Preferably have experience in the Automotive and FMCG industries.
- Be willing to travel on average 2 days per week, primarily within Europe
