<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />
We are looking for a Digital Business Director who will play a pivotal role in the team, developing strategies, overseeing execution of tactical campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and managing a team of digital managers &amp; executives.</p>
<p>Responsibilities and duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing champion ideas that push client and team outside of their comfort zones in order to improve performance and constantly innovate.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to grow revenue, overseeing the execution of those opportunities (from project and staff scoping to post campaign analysis and KPI tracking), taking entrepreneurial yet calculated risks that lead to significant gains for client and agency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Digital Business Director MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>6-9 years digital experience, ideally in a multinational/global capacity</li>
<li>Exceptional project management skills (project scoping through to campaign delivery)</li>
<li>Exceptional client relationship skills, especially with senior clients</li>
<li>Strategically minded yet with keen attention to detail</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership skills, including support and development of individuals in team</li>

<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />
We are looking for a Search AD who will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the team (Managers, Planners and Assistants) working towards common goal set by Head of Search. Ensuring client satisfaction is of a high standard, and creating overarching search strategy in line with business goals. Assisting the Search Manager in the planning and running of search campaigns delivery on day-to-day aspects of pay-per-click campaigns. Responsible for managing all levels of team &#8211; from Manager to Assistants.</p>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Search AD MUST have/be:</p>

<li>Previous agency experience at the appropriate level.</li>

<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who will Operate as key internal point of contact for day-to day campaign operations:  tactical design, yield optimization, analysis, reporting and related campaign duties</p>
<p>Responsibilities’ and duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Campaign planning, campaign management, campaign performance optimization.</li>
<li>Combining media market &amp; technical knowledge, data analysis and client feedback  to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives</li>
<li>Developing an in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br />
The Digital account Manager MUST have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in digital media analytics with a leading online advertising agency, network, advertising exchange or optimization firm</li>
<li>Experience with yield optimization through a bid management platform such as SEM preferred</li>
<li>MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables &amp; chart making.  Experience with MS Access, VBA/Excel Macros, SQL, SAS or other data manipulation tools a strong plus</li>

<p>As International PPPC / SEM Search Manager, you will:</p>

<li>Take responsibility for the management and implementation of PPC / SEM / Search activity for Brand Communication and DR clients in EMEA.</li>
<li>Act as the primary contact for the clients and be responsible for PPC campaign analysis and regular reporting.</li>
<li>Work with clients, comms planners and other teams to understand KPIs of campaigns and integrate with offline media plan.</li>
<li>Monitor paid search performance, collect local insights and coordinate regular feedback sessions to grow paid search activity for specific clients.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage central reporting and analysis of paid search activity in EMEA markets on a weekly/monthly basis.</li>
<li>Incorporate testing and innovation in search programmes.</li>

<p><strong>About the Person</strong></p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li> Possess over 3 years experience in Paid Search / PPC marketing and Search account management for cross market/multilingual/ international clients</li>
<li> Demonstrate the ability to plan for marketing objectives (e.g. brand vs direct strategy)</li>
<li> Have an understanding of planning and buying across a range of buying metrics, including Search (Paid/Natural), CPA, Affiliates and Display</li>
<li> Possess very good communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li> Have experience of using tracking, implementation and bid management tools (DoubleClick, Dart Search &amp; Atlas Search)</li>
<li> Possess experience in web analytics and analysis for SEO activity (Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Urchin).</li>
