About the Job

As Group Account Director – Digital Media, you will:

  • Understand the various specialties that Digital can offer, explain this to clients and strategically lead clients.
    Act as the primary contact on a substantial piece of business, whilst simultaneously juggling a number of other medium size pieces of business.
    Strategically lead a growing team of Digital Media Account Managers and Digital Media Planners & Buyers, with the ability to manage conflict within the team along with the client portfolio.
    Be responsible for planning and forecasting client budgets and updating changes during the year.
    Discuss all relevant briefs with Trading Heads, ensure flexibility is maintained in all implementational planning processes and be involved in the auditing processes.
    Co-ordinate an integrated approach across all departments and specialist units.
    Support the marketing team and Business Directors with all new business pitches.

About the Person

You will:

  • Be a real client person- someone with gravitas and proven client success.
  • Demonstrable capability in the field of DR coupled with comprehensive understanding of PPC, SEO, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Possess excellent communications skills and the ability to present/sell both creative and media strategies to senior marketing clients
  • Have an excellent grasp of integrated marketing communication strategies
  • Be highly competent and fully diverse in using various research tools and have a strong understanding of technology and analytics
  • Possess strong management skills (both up and down) and be commercially aware and financially astute.
