UK Sales Director – £100K + 50% bonus

As UK Sales Director of an international performance-based digital marketing company you will head 2 sales teams that selling affiliate marketing to direct advertisers and agencies. This role will be a key member of the 4 strong UK senior management team. The opportunities for advancement in the UK and indeed globally are tremendous.

About the Job

As Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement local sales strategy
  • Develop close relations with top local prospects, existing clients and local media agencies.
  • Develop and manage a strong prospect list/pipeline
  • Liaise with international Sales team on multi-national opportunities.
  • Support client services team in up-selling and cross sales, work with marketing team to develop appropriate sales collateral and successful events.

About the Person

You will:

  • Have at least 8 years digital marketing sales experience within an agency and/or affiliate/ad network environment.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing a successful sales team of at least six people and be comfortable pitching at board level.
  • Have a good understanding of on and offline marketing is a given as is the drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
