The company

An international sports betting and gaming operator, with a market-leading presence in the UK, Ireland, Australia and the USA, as well as a range of operations across Europe including Romania, Portugal and Malta.

The role

The Head of Online Media will manage paid advertising campaigns across digital ‘display’ and social platforms across all markets. This role is at one of the main brands within the client portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop best practice marketing strategies that consistently improve reach, effectiveness and conversion based on campaign goals

• Manage all online media campaigns across all products and markets, recommending change to deliver / exceed key KPI’s

• Manage budgets and optimise accordingly

• Drive digital creative development – introduce best practice across partner platforms and consistently strive to create the best marketing communications for prospects and customers based on their media consumption

• Be seen as a ‘guru’ for Online Media marketing, covering Social and Display, across the team and wider business

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a customer obsessed, commercial savvy individual who has the ability to lead.

The role

The Partnerships Account Manager will join a performance marketing and data business, owning the relationships across several key strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities 

. The Partnerships Account Manager will have an incredible opportunity to drive their career forward and develop quickly as the business, and team, continues its rapid growth

. Responsible for managing the relationship with several key strategic partners, cultivating strong and lasting relationships through personalised contact and understanding the needs of their businesses

. Identify and take advantage of tactical opportunities, while also working closely with internal colleagues and the partners you are responsible for to plan and execute long-term growth initiatives

. Build strong relationships and close collaboration with Product, Development and Commercial teams, drawing in support of key internal stakeholders along each stage of partnership development and growth

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years account management experience within a digital environment. You will also be a passionate, ambitious and curious individual

. Have excellent inter-personal skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport and develop
strong partner relationships

. Be professional, organised, deadline driven and demonstrate attention to detail in oral and
written communication

. Be a team player, with a history of working collaboratively with peers to deliver strong outcomes
