Mobile Manager

This job is a MOBILE MANAGER working within a world class MEDIA AGENCY.

This is a top 10 media agency who have a reputation in the market as a forward thinking, creative and entrepreneurial organisation.
They work across a wide range of advertisers (often challenger brands) and are home to some of the coolest brands in UK today for all their media needs.
An approachable and generally fun culture without a lot of the politics that blights some of the larger media agencies, and their focus for digital is strategy, integration, analytics and client servicing.

The role

The role involves developing a strong strategic view of how clients can use the mobile platform to achieve their business goals. This may fall outside of media objectives and have broader impact on a client’s business.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Demonstrate an understanding of how mobile is used as part of the wider channel mix and translating these insights to internal teams and clients without dedicated direction from managers.
•    Having a proactive relationship with the campaign management and digital buying teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
•    Working closely with the digital planning teams to see how mobile can work within their wider digital strategy and coaching the teams to be more confident in the medium.
•    Build strong relationships based on your expertise with clients of appropriate levels.  Be organised and take responsibility for being on top of everything the client expects you to be, communicating the status of projects clearly and managing expectations on a day-to-day basis

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have ability to interpret medium to large briefs and structure effective mobile responses which include a range of mobile opportunities (e.g. mobile display, technology, creative).
Key skills:
•    Able to use and interpret  mobile planning and reporting tools, and industry sources (e.g. mmetrics, TGI net, trends data etc)
•    Having a keen interest in technology and how it can be applied to our client objectives.
•    Exploit new opportunities in the mobile landscape for your clients and work these ideas up into proposals.
•    Aim for award winning work and proactively write up and enter our work into relevant awards
