One of the big players in the world of media with an excellent client list, reputation and ability to nurture and care for their most precious commodity, their people. They pride themselves on creative planning and strategic excellence as well as the ability to deliver outstanding buying results and evaluate all aspects of media expenditure through to final ROI assessment.

The role

The ideal candidate will be expected to deliver market leading search campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
•    The candidate will be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of external and/or internal clients, whilst getting first hand client information and use it for improvements in product services.
•    Anticipating future consequences and trends accurately in order to create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans.
•    Needs to actively build knowledge, skills and digital expertise in order to promote and deliver Live ROI Search, Social, Data, Analytics, Content, Mobile and Marketing.
•    Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

The candidate

The successful candidate should have a great passion for paid search, analytics, digital and technical innovation.
•    Must be performance driven in order to establish expectation and goals, promoting a performance culture based on driving results through the team.
•    A strategic thinker – creative and forward thinking in their approach, curious and open to exploring different approaches to deliver on objectives.
•    With at least 3 years experience in search marketing industry, as well as a high level of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•    Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
