The role

The Activation manager will lead the planning and buying of digital Activation campaigns (inc. display, mobile and social), support the Activation Director with the strategic direction of the team and clients.  Management and development of Planner Buyers / Execs.
Main Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for the overall planning and procurement of Activation campaigns
•    Work smoothly as part of the integrated planning process and deliver integrated strategy across client teams, strategy and product areas.
•    Provide on the job training and learning opportunities for junior employees’.
•    Manage client accounts effectively on a day to day and strategic basis.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a high energy, positive, can-do person who is never satisfied, and is always looking for ways to improve.
Key Skills:
•    Process driven and organised.
•    A good knowledge of the fundamentals of both Ad-serving and the Display technology landscape.
•    Knowledge of the DSP landscape and preferably proven experience in working with an agency trading desk.
•    Numerate and analytical.
