The role

The role will involve ownership of the creation, optimisation, management and future development of key paid search accounts. Agreeing and delivering the performance, return on investment and other KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Be the key contact for the key paid search clients.
• Be a mentor and ‘go to’ person for the rest of the team.
• Providing and overseeing bid management strategies to maximise performance of accounts.
• Input in to all aspects of the new business process for paid search, including pitch participation.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be customer focused with the ability to explore and understand customer needs.
Key Skills:
• Develop a self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Smart, motivated and results-driven analytical marketer.
• Strong organisational and excellent copywriting skills.
