Digital Account Director & Strategist

The successful candidate will function as both Account Director and Digital Strategist
• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Manage a small team of Account Managers, Execs and Ad Ops to deliver exceptional levels of client service to a demanding client
• To create innovative but business focused digital strategy
• To work closely with global and hub teams to develop integrated and innovative communication
• Take a leading role in the training and development of staff and clients
• The AD/S role is extremely important within the company’s digital structure globally and will be responsible for not only the relationship with the client’s digital team but also the day-to-day running and management of both centrally bought and centrally funded campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of digital media, trading, associated tools and technology.
• Proven strategic ability and a proactive approach with a strong passion for digital and emerging media
• Must have a commercial mind-set and able to communicate clearly and directly
• Ability to adapt style to work across different business cultures and seeks to improve existing processes and systems with clear recommendations
• A good eye for detail with great organisational skills
• The ability to communicate with people for whom English is not a first language and good relationship building skills are essential.
