Interesting and diverse client list representing all major advertiser categories.
They cover both UK and International media planning and are part of a global network

The role

The role will involve leading and developing paid social strategies and driving the team to achieve the highest level of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) to keep abreast of platform developments as well as drive innovation and strategic campaigns for clients.
• Develop complimentary paid social strategies and recommendations that articulate and promote the benefits of the company.
• Develop and implement a structure and process which will enable the team to deliver outstanding work for our clients.
• Drive best practice throughout the team, specifically improving the quality of insight and product education.
• Create an inspiring culture within the team which promotes career advancement and job satisfaction.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have significant strategic experience in digital advertising and social media, working directly with clients across digital media channels.
Key Skills:
• A proven track record of growing spends across clients in addition to new business wins.
• A strong understanding of other digital media channels.
• Excellent understanding of social media, social platforms and how automation can be applied to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent understanding of social media, social platforms, and related APIs and ad products
• Demonstrable history of managing multiple stakeholders and inputs.
