The company

The lead agency in a powerhouse global media agency network with outstanding UK and International divisions. They work with an extremely impressive client line up and are famed for delivering excellent media solutions to both brand and response focused advertisers. All areas of digital media are covered off in significant depth and they have experts in all divisions.

The role

We are looking for a E-commerce director who will lead the client across all disciplines  ensuring delivery and growth in profitable results.
Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Strategic planning of core e-commerce disciplines with a particular strength in the digital space
  • Responsible for operational delivery and achieving clients results
  • Leading the client relationship directly and with the relevant media and technology partners
  • Be part of developing the agencies digital offering, with a specific focus on e-Commerce
  • Identify new product opportunities (ex. e-CRM, UX, email marketing)

The candidate

The E-commerce Director MUST have/be:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in e-Commerce. 4 years in a management/leadership function.
  • Strong operator across e-Commerce disciplines including;
  • Essential – PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display (behavioural, re-targeting, dynamic creative, engagement mapping), DSPs and DMPs (segmentation, lookalikes, audience profiling), product feeds, mobile, email marketing
  • Preferable – Social, analytics, UX, CRO
  • Defining and delivering commerce led strategy and operations across digital and ATL channels
  • Excellent communicator to key stakeholders with clients, agencies and media owners
  • Strong team management and motivation skills
