Business Dev Director

The role will involve building and maintaining a new business process that drives growth for the company by identifying sales leads, co-ordinating pitches and ensuring that our marketing is effective.
• Manage our marketing strategy that drives the sales pipeline
• Manage our sales system to meet annual sales targets from marketing, through prospecting to pitch conversion
• Identify prospects for growth (clients, categories)
• Build strong relationships with senior level clients – get their trust
The ideal candidate will be an experienced person operating at the Business Development Director level.
• Able to demonstrate entrepreneurial flair
• Experienced in digital media / digital marketing
• Currently working in an agency environment
• Able to demonstrate an impact on a company’s bottom line
