The company

Mid sized not-for profit company fast becoming a well established youth culture brand in its own right.
All about sports, music, fashion, social media and of course young people on the cusp of adulthood.
Their remit is to engage young people in activities and events which broaden their outlook on life and prepare them for the transition into adult life. Exposing them to situations which develop life skills such as communication, leadership, team work and confidence.
The marketing team are all massively on-brand and enthusiastic about the great outdoors, sports and music. They are looking to seriously invest in their digital team as they are at the cutting edge of communications with their core target market.
Social media is the lifeblood of this company now. Great time to get on board if you are keen on a career involving Social Media.

The role

This role will be accountable for the development and execution of all aspects of the Company’s CRM campaign communications from Programme to Marketing campaigns targeting young people, parents/guardians and teachers. Key Responsibilities:
•    Be responsible for delivering multi-channel CRM against set KPIs
•    Possess strong data analysis skills
•    Value data segmentation and understand how to communicate to different audiences efficiently
•    Responsible for young people CRM
•    Focus on Business metrics, Performance and Budget
•    Create and maintain a CRM calendar of activity

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have extent experience in-house or agency side in a similar position. Key Skills:
•    Familiar with data analysis, analytics tools and segmentation techniques
•    Proven track record in direct marketing fulfillment
•    Able to ensure that behavioral segmentation analysis translates into optimised CRM activity in order to achieve maximum ROI
•    Youth brand and/or FMCG experience essential
•    Able to work as part of an integrated team
•    Results focused, with a personal motivation to be excellent
•    Good creative intuition
