The role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing the delivery of the bespoke digital data depository tool across the markets, maintenance and build of other dashboards and tools on the agreed client timelines for two separate client briefs using the required ETL data management process.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Managing the data harmonisation process of collecting data  (for each market and data sources), verify templates, process the data to comply with the data architecture, upload the data and ensure the online-tool meets expectations
  • Coordinating with each of the local markets appointed data builders in-charge of dashboard delivery
  • Manage and update client and agency dashboard user list and permissions
  • Understanding of ETL process (data management process) and tool for campaign tracking
  • Continually assess and improve data practices and processes

The candidate

The Data Analyst MUST have:

  • Previous agency experience in this discipline.
  • Proven data coordination, management, manipulation and visualisation skills
  • Data management skills (preferably using SAS, SQL server, Access, Omniscope, etc)
  • Good knowledge of automated data connectivity, e.g. via APIs
  • Experience of digital marketing campaign tracking and analysis (e.g. using adserver or bid engine data)
