The role

  • Overall responsibility for all areas of day to day campaign management through from initial brief to post campaign performance reviews
  • First point of contact for appropriate client level on campaigns managed within team
  • Responsible for developing brand focused plans across all media channels to meet the clients business objectives and KPI’s
  • Create communication strategies, implementation plans and campaign results to clients, working closely with other disciplines within the agency
  • Build a trusted adviser relationship with the appropriate client level
    effectively manage and develop all members of your team
  • Develop and implement best practice processes and ways of working and ensure these are followed by the team
  • Responsible for management of all client related financial processes, including all billing/invoicing requirements for clients managed within team and SOX compliance

The candidate

  • Proven team management and leadership experience
  • Strategic client management experience
  • Proven ability to build strong intra-company relationships
  • Proven track record of business development
  • Creative, open minded and able to ‘think outside the box’
  • Track record and high level of commercial awareness
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent written, oral presentation and analytics skills Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Positive outlook, proven ability to handle pressure
  • Experience with appropriate technologies (bid management, 3rd party tracking etc)
