The company

The role

This role is responsible for digital campaign planning across your assigned client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage account managers and executives in order to ensure basic service level agreements are met, including but not limited to:
  • Supply status reports, meeting agendas and contact reports
  • Stay on top of competitor activity and writing insightful reports
  • Responsibility for quality control of all output sent / presented to clients from within your team and specialist teams
  • Run regular status meetings – internal and with clients
  • Get under the skin of the clients’ business and build strong relationships in order to understand how to best serve the client’s needs
  • Finance and billing process runs smoothly
  • Support Digital Director in the timely, correct and digital day to day  delivery including insightful and actionable reporting
  • Support Planning Director in the development and implementation of meaningful solutions, following our Connected Planning process

 

The candidate

The ideal candidate should have sound planning expertise across digital channels and have an understanding of the differences between media channels and how each is approached and measured from a planning perspective. The ideal candidate should:

  •  Have proven experience of exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to manage a team of individuals and give them strong direction
  • Demonstrate a passion to keep up to date with the changing media landscape
  •   Be responsible and accountable when managing a client’s ,media budget
