The role

This role is a short-term contract (6 months) for an Account Director with integrated experience across digital media channels to develop strategies and insights for client portfolios that drive performance through an unrivalled understanding of digital channels and how consumers use them. Key Responsibilities:
•    Drive integrated process and thinking across client teams, strategy and product areas
•    Manage the accounts effectively on a day to day basis in conjunction with client planning team and channel specialists
•    Relentless focus on delivering best in class client service – exceeding expectations, anticipating issues, managing conflict resolution.
•    Manage development/mentoring of all people within media teams
•    Supervise / undertake additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requested (new business pitches, market reviews, competitive trends, etc.)

The candidate

The candidate must have experience of managing digital DR focussed campaigns with an emphasis on understanding and interpreting data to deliver meaningful insights to clients that drive media strategy and performance. Key Skills:
•    Well developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
•    Confidence speaking with clients strategically about all digital media channels including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Programmatic Display and mobile
•    Effective written communication, presentation, influence and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
•    Knowledge of industry research tools Neilson, Comscore
•    Knowledge of industry reporting tools DoubleClick, MediaPlex, Google/Yahoo search tools
