The role

  • As Digital Account Director you should possess solid industry expertise across multiple industries and have worked with Fortune 500 companies and top brands, your areas of focus will include:
  • Developing and managing European online CRM projects/programs including implementation plans, data evaluation mechanisms, budgets and timelines.
  • Ability to work and manage internal teams located in other European cities
  • Ensure that the online CRM strategy is in line with the off-line CRM strategy
  • Capable of leading client relationships and making sure the strategy of the client is closely followed
  • As digital Account Director you will work closely with Analytics & Research team to improve user segmentation, targeting and effectiveness of online campaigns.

The candidate

  • Previous Experience in CRM management is essential for this Account Director  role.
  • Experience working within the online space either through SEO, email or social CRM is ideal as well. Also, possessing an understanding of how these disciplines complement each other.
  • Essential that the Digital Account Director must know what and how to plan using an ad exchange and DSP
  • Knowledge and experience in using statistics in developing sales forecasts with clients
  • Strong Analytic Skills
  • Ability to work with online ad tracking tools, such as DoubleClick and Eyeblaster.
  • Analysis and optimization of online analytical data
  • Working experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and other site analytics Tools
