The role

This role involves managing the relationships between the company and clients, as well as day-to-day operations. This includes: managing market teams across the globe, managing team output as well as development and oversight of global strategies. Key Responsibilities:
•    Responsible and comfortable developing a campaign from start to finish – from central and regional development of campaigns, including planning and ideation, through to execution/buying and campaign performance/analysis
•    Demonstrate understanding of digital realms specific to our brands: Content Integration/Syndication, Display, Search, Social and Mobile
•    Be commercially driven and forward thinking in the expansion of business opportunities, entrepreneurial in mind-set and always thinking of the expansion and engagement of additional or new services that the agency can offer across all client teams
•    Have a working understanding of global landscapes and nuances when developing global campaigns, and working to build this understanding into comms strategy

The candidate

The Candidate should have 4-6 years experience in international/glabal media planning and/or management. The ideal candidate will be strategically minded, have a strong grounding in comms planning and be digitally minded. Key skills:
•    Exceptional project management skills (strategy development through to campaign delivery)
•    Exceptional client relationship skills, especially with mid-senior clients
•    Strategically minded yet with keen attention to detail: must have knowledge of syndicated research & basic international tools & planning processes
•    Exceptional leadership skills, including support and development of individuals in team
