Highly successful full service media agency which is totally independent and boasts a mightily impressive client list covering entertainment, fashion and retail to name but a few sectors.
They have excellent links to the hottest creative agencies and take creative media planning very seriously, delivering outstanding levels of innovation, client servicing and media results.

The role

We are looking for a digital account director who will be responsible for Leading the clients performance media development – the champion internally and externally.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
•    Integrating effectively the Digital, Data and Planning teams to drive an agile performance media agenda.
•    Explaining more granular, digital/data analysis to often relatively inexperienced clients clearly and precisely so they are able to understand the benefits.
•    Experience in both offline and online CPA-based deals a bonus.
•    Managing the workload and professional development of our performance media buyers.

The candidate

The Digital Account Director  MUST have:
A solid 4-5 years of experience, some of which will have been spent working with gaming (gambling) clients across the full range of acquisition channels.
Have a broad understanding of a variety of tools and analytical techniques, from digital ad-serving data and technology through to experience in analysing CPA-based retail sales data versus media activity.
