The role

  • As Digital Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of a group or piece of business. It requires a combination of leadership, communication skills and media expertise.
  • As Digital Manager you will manage the production of implementational planning documents incorporating the client’s core strategic values and  ‘Mandatory’ planning principles
  • The Digital Manager will ensure all bookings are entered on your specific bookings system, e.g. DDS, Adazzle and get your team to keep schedules and spot matching up-to-date
  • As Digital Manager you will challenge strategy briefs where necessary and ensure all campaigns are weighted and flighted to the strength of each channel by forging cross media opportunities.

The candidate

  • As Digital Manager you will have comprehensive knowledge of all relevant planning and buying systems including a thorough knowledge of all media opportunities.
  • As Digital Manager you will be capable of developing strategies for planning and buying and communicating this within the group.
  • An ability to lead negotiations and develop your group to buy the best possible prices and value for your clients is key as Digital Manager.
  • Have an understanding of all other media is vital for a Digital Manager.
  • The Digital Manager will take the lead in coordinating client results, organize and lead status meetings, present market updates and thoroughly scrutinize buying reviews and audits etc).
  • Understand group/department/agency profitability issues and help develop and introduce new revenue streams.
