The role

  • The role of Account Manager is to act as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and lead day-to-day management and optimisation of campaigns.
  • A Manager is the person who manages the running of a piece of business. This involves everything from taking the original brief to delivering the post campaign analysis. It requires a combination of leadership, communication skills, strong project management and media expertise specifically with a strong grounding in digital.
  • The Manager primary concern should be to service the client, project manage campaigns and produce innovative and marketing-driven media solutions.

The candidate

  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for Client
  • Leads day-to-day management and optimisation of client campaigns.
  • Assists in strategy development
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the Client
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.
  • Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
  • Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Overseeing planning.
  • Implement Planning strategy/RWP across all clients.
  • Development of buying strategies.
  • Supervising media buying.
