c. £24K - £33K Full Service Media Agency - LondonAre you a planner buyer who is ready for the next step on the career ladder? A leading media agency in London is looking for a Digital Account Manager to focus on Display (85%) and Search (15%) Media planning and buying.
Digital Account Manager
As Digital Account Manager, you will:
- Support and manage the media team in providing first class service to our clients, as well as delivering quality and innovative solutions for our clients on time (85% display and 15% Search)
- Be responsible for day-to-day client service, delivery and client relationships.
- Be responsible for key media owner relationships relevant to assigned clients
- Follow agreed procedures for the commitment of client money to the media owners, whilst understanding commercial relationships with clients and credit limit implications for all clients.
- Manage and mentor AEs in terms of time management/workload prioritisation etc.
- Come from a Media agency background and possess 2+ years of experience and knowledge of display, coupled ideally with experience and knowledge of Search.
- Be competent in the use and interpretation of Adrelevance, Addynamix, Telmar mediaplanner and Touchpoints.
- Have proven experience of exceeding client expectations be capable of managing the client’s media budget.
- Be able to manage a team of individuals & display strong strategic direction.
- Possess excellent communication, implementational, organisation, negotiation and numerical skills.
- Have an understanding of the role of offline and online media channels and how each is approached and measured from a planning/buying perspective
- Ideally have experience of dealing with international clients.
