£26K - £32K Full Service Media Agency - LondonAre you and extremely competent Digital Planner buyer, looking to progress your career? A leading media agency in London is looking for 2 Digital Account Managers to handle a range of key clients.
Digital Account Manager
As Digital Account Manager, you will:
- Play a key role in managing approximately £15m+ worth of digital (display) billings, support and manage the media team.
- Be responsible for day-to-day client service, delivery and client relationships.
- Be responsible for key media owner relationships relevant to assigned clients
- Follow agreed procedures for the commitment of client money to the media owners, whilst understanding commercial relationships with clients and credit limit implications for all clients.
- Manage and mentor AEs in terms of time management/workload prioritisation etc.
- Come from a Media agency background and possess substantial experience and knowledge of a variety of display formats/channels.
- Be competent in the use and interpretation of Adrelevance, Addynamix, Telmar mediaplanner and Touchpoints, ComScore.
- Have proven experience of exceeding client expectations be capable of managing the client’s media budget.
- Be able to manage a team of individuals & display strong strategic direction.
- Possess excellent communication, implementational, organisation, negotiation and numerical skills.
- Have an understanding of the role of affiliates/aggregators, search, email, viral and mobile marketing coupled with an understanding of the differences between Media channels and how each is approached and measured from a planning/buying perspective
- Show passion for learning and build knowledge about all potential communications opportunities e.g. video/social media/AFP
- Ideally have experience of dealing with entertainment, financial alcohol or travel clients.
