They have a great record of client retention and work with some of the most impressive advertisers in the world.
Diverse client portfolio – some are massive, others are highly niche with extremely particular strategic considerations
The role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the Management of account activity from initial brief to end of campaign reporting.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Day to day management of client relationships earning the trust and respect of the client and key contacts
- Develop relationships with media owners, creative agencies, ad servers, research companies etc. including strategists and planners internally.
- Manage post campaign analysis and buying reviews, ensuring all media schedules are maintained during the buying process
- Provide market intelligence to planning teams on all aspects of the digital marketplace
The candidate
The Digital Account Manager MUST have:
- Excellent knowledge of the UK digital ad market
- Previous involvement in the entire digital process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, management & optimisation and reporting
- Strong planning & buying skills and negotiation skills
- Good client facing communicator with some experience of presenting to clients
