The role

This role involves day-to-day management of the SEO, affiliate and display planning and buying resource on the account, liaising with specialist digital teams and the client to ensure that expectations are managed and targets met. Key Responsibilities:
•    Maintain and further the fluid dialogue that exists between the existing Arena client planning and specialist agency teams.
•    Lead and manage the efficient delivery of digital forecasting, billing and reporting across the Tesco Bank product portfolio.
•    Maintain and further the fluid dialogue that exists between the existing agency team and client, providing specialist digital knowledge, opinion and advice.
•    Manage development and mentoring of a graduate digital planner inc. appraisal and training, growing digital knowledge, supervision to ensure high quality output, setting performance benchmarks.
•    To support the AD / BD in the implementation of the client digital strategy, delivering against internal revenue as well as client goals.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Digital Account Manager with 3+ years of digital DR experience to drive product acquisition and performance for one of the Company’s flagship digital clients. Key Skills:
•    Well- developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills
•    Effective written communication, presentation, influence and negotiation skills
•    Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
•    Strong organisational skills to effectively manage smooth flow of work through agency
•    Time management and the ability to determine priorities and delegate effectively
•    Advanced Excel including vLookups / sumifs etc
•    Previous experience working with ad servers / analytics tools would be an advantage
•    Advanced knowledge of industry research tools TGI, Comscore, Hitwise
•    Advanced PowerPoint
