The role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the client management, team management and commercial clarity, driving integrated process and thinking across client teams, strategy and product areas
Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Manage development/mentoring of all people within media teams
  • People supervision – monitor day to day aspects of junior employees’ work to ensure high quality output and manage the group’s workload
  • Supervise / undertake additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requested (new business pitches, market reviews, competitive trends, etc)

The candidate

The account manager MUST have:

  • Knowledge of industry research tools TGI.net, Thomson, Comscore, Adthena
  • Knowledge of industry reporting tools Double click, Atlas, Atlas One Point, Google, Yahoo search tools
  • Management of the Search, Affiliate and Display planning and buying (+ SEO if appropriate) resource on the account
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage smooth flow of work through agency
  • Time management and the ability to determine priorities and delegate effectively
