The role

As Digital Associate Director you will:

  • Work with offline planners and creative agencies to establish the role for digital within the companies overall digital vision and approach.
  • Manage online resource (1 x Manager 1 x digital coordinator as well as market resource)
  • Make sure all Gold Standard Implementation Planning processes are put  in place by Digital Manager.
  • The Digital team will reflect this structure and work across all 3 lines, in a very integrated manner

The candidate

  • This is a senior role and the ideal candidate will have experience of the online / digital media market on a domestic and international scale.
  • They will be an expert with all elements of online media planning but most importantly they will be able to act as a credible all-round digital expert for key clients and be able to guide all client markets. Strategic experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of key advances in online media & innovative campaigns / case studies is essential as is awareness of all key media trends and integration with all other media platforms.
  • We expect the candidate having experience / being proficient in using planning tools (e.g. TGI, Nielsen AdRelevance, ComScore).
