Highly successful full service media agency which is totally independent and boasts a mightily impressive client list covering entertainment, music, fashion and retail to name but a few sectors.
They have excellent links to the hottest creative agencies and take creative media planning very seriously, delivering outstanding levels of innovation, client servicing and media results.

The role

This role involves delivering more granular, digital/data analysis to often relatively inexperienced clients clearly and precisely so they are able to understand the benefits. Key Responsibilities:
•    In-depth understanding of all aspects of digital media (social, paid search, SEO, display, affiliates & aggregators) and the underlying data that allows for real-time evaluation & optimisation.
•    Expert knowledge of core digital media planning & reporting tools  e.g. Google Analytics, Comscore, Hitwise, TGI Clickstream, Omniture, Webtrends etc. to source data directly for analysis & reporting
•    You will have good understanding of biddable media platforms (DBM, Exchange Lab, BlueKai, Krux and other DSPs/DBMs)
•    Strong grasp of the various data visualisation tools currently available (e.g. Tableau, Omniscope) and experience of creating client dashboards would be a distinct advantage.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be positive, participative, self-confident, friendly, self-starting, competitive, inquisitive, imaginative, factual, consistent and self-disciplined. Key Skills:
•    A minimum of 3 years digital analytics experience gained in an agency environment
•    Ideally the candidate will have a broad understanding of digital campaign evaluation – e.g. the implementation & validation of tracking, interrogation of ad server data (log files and passive cookie tracking). Again, experience of working across a diverse range of industry sectors and digital channels (SEO, PPC, Display as well as social and mobile platforms) is highly preferential.
•    Highly strategic and analytical problem solver with a deep understanding of digital measurement design and best practice methodologies. Able to translate business requirements into a defined measurement, insight and optimisation strategy is desirable
