  • Excellent scale, structure and resource throughout.
  • Their digital offering is second to none in every discipline and there is no area of digital media that they do not excel in.
  • Digital has become too big for them to handle as one, so it is split into Direct and Brand divisions.

The role

  • As Digital Director your role is to champion and develop Direct Digital solutions for the clients- this covers many forms:
  • Client Management, development of digital strategies,
  • Media channel development
  • As Digital Director you will be developing (mobile, dynamic ads, website optimisation) with help from the brand strategy team covering 25% of your role.
  • Measuring the online- offline development, cross-online media integrations, , manage the technology team to deliver their remit,
  • DR Display also accounts to 40% of your role as Digital Director- running a team of 4, driving exchange strategy, delivering value and efficiencies in display and across online media, leading behavioural targeting strategy.
  • Working  with a brand to develop multi-channel approach to digital advertising, advising on Social, SEO and content strategies
  • As Digital Director, you will hold the budget circa £17m

The candidate

  • The successful Digital Director must have experience in the following:
  • ROI focus-
  • Multi-channel experience (email, display, PPC, affiliates etc)
  • A strong Digital Director holds good negotiation & trading experience
  • Team management & motivation skills
  • Understanding of off-line media
  • Understanding of integrated off-line/online measurement
  • New business experience and a good pitch record to their name
  • You must have prior UK media agency experience
