The role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Director who will be responsible for the development of the digital product within the Performance team ensuring best practice and innovation become second nature and the not the exception.
Responsibilities and duties:

  • The role will involve client contact at a senior level and will therefore require the ability to develop and drive clear digital strategies.
  • The candidate will also work closely with the Group Digital trading Director  to ensure there is a tight management of client investment.

The candidate

The performance director MUST have/need:

  • To demonstrate previous leadership and management skills as well as excellent co-ordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical and strategic skills using research, wider comms industry trends and analytics to devise strategies which are relevant to display and digital trends
