The role

The role of a Buyer is to work with the Marketplace Manager and Senior Buyers to deliver the best price and quality for our clients. They need to enjoy the buzz of the negotiation and working with media owners to deliver the best outcomes for the brief. Key responsibilities:
•    Deliver a ‘fit for purpose digital schedule’ in accordance with best practice buying expectations
•    Ensuring all Metis bookings through Ad Ops are correct and timely
•    Responsible for all aspects of getting a campaign live, with regular liaison with Connect and Ad Ops\ Setting up campaigns & Excel Front Sheets (Maintenance)/Translate records/DDS Deal/PO’s
•    Creating PCA’s with data from Operations

The candidate

The candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience in buying media. The candidate should be a best in class negotiator and have good media owner relationships. They will also be able to help manage the delivery of the Operations Executive, working to brief the Operations team on delivery and helping train them in different media. Skills and Behaviours:
•    Natural drive to make money
•    Strong media owner relationships
•    Strong negotiator
•    Knowledge of multi-media buying
