The role

  • Delivering excellent client service; developing an understanding of client business needs, becoming a trusted advisor, ensuring recognition of risks and providing strategies to mitigate those risks, resolving conflict.
  • Planning and strategy;
  • Develop sound strategic and innovative online media recommendations based on clear understanding of clients’ business and objectives,
  • Balance direct response goals with maintaining high standards of client brand integrity.
  • Unearthing and interpreting data in collaboration with the research and insight team.
  • Buying and optimisation;

The candidate

  • Solid experience of planning online media; agency experience preferred but not required
  • Must have experience researching target use of the web; negotiating online media space; managing online campaigns
  • Highly analytical with the ability to define and track key metrics for success against online marketing goals
  • Knowledgeable about online media issues, trends and tools
  • Able to analyse reports to develop and maintain ongoing buy recommendations
  • In depth knowledge of digital communications channels and their potential applications
  • Capable of delivering strategic insight
  • Clear understanding of the digital landscape (including emerging platforms such as mobile and social media.
