The company

Mid-sided full service media agency, connected to an agency network but still very much their own brand with their own culture and identity.
Non corporate, nicely integrated across all media disciplines and with a diverse range of clients. A genuinely fun place to work and not the sort of place where staying late for the sake of it is viewed as a good thing to do! They have a good work/life balance.
They are investing heavily in clever digital media people just now and strategists and performance people are high on their agenda.
Really cool offices in central London.

The role

The role would be to help drive forward the digital offering the company has. The role would also include being the main point of contact for the digital department. Client responsibilities would include running one of the UK’s biggest and best loved brands.
•    Overseeing all of the main digital clients activity to ensure that the company are sharing best practice and delivering excellent implementation planning and buying.
•    The role also sits on the leadership team, which is made up of 6 people. The team’s responsibility is to manage and run the department.
•    Helping developing trading strategies
•    Ad tech scoping, using and monitoring best in class products on market
•    Driving forward the mobile proposition of the agency

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to display a deep understanding of all media, especially digital, and make strategic recommendations to clients.
Key Skills:
• To understand and apply media craft planning skills e.g. TGI, Touchpoints, Hitwise, Comscore, Google Insights and proprietary planning tools
•    To create meaningful, creative, engaging digital solutions which bring the strategy to life
•    To develop award winning digital campaigns for your clients
•    To be commercially aware and financially astute
•    To maintain/build media owner relationships in order to understand the changing media marketplace dynamics and opportunities
