The role

  • As Group account director your responsibilities will cover various areas Account servicing, Cross-departmental offering development and integration building, Commercial offering development, Network development.
  • The group account director will work on proposes and sets working agenda, key initiatives and activities to deliver against agreed objectives both for the ICS team and across the regions
  • Ensure the right process and procedures are put in place for the effective management of the working process and to meet client’s goals and expectations both within ICS account team and across the region. Supervises the working process
  • As group account director you will work closely with designated comms/strategic planner to deliver clarity of thought and strategic direction across all initiatives and activities centrally
  • Negotiates remuneration proposals with client
  • Negotiates media buying conditions and ensures highest possible efficiencies are achieved in dealing with pan-regional media vendors

The candidate

  • As group account director you should have significant client servicing experience at a top tier media communications agency or similar media environment
  • Ideally has managed multinational luxury brands
  • Strategic and hands on media planning and campaign experience
  • Senior level client negotiation and management skills with the ability to write clearly and to make lively, imaginative presentations
  • Constant desire to provide responsive and responsible client service
  • Able to offer strong new business skills and financial acumen
  • Well versed on the latest news within the industry that fuel opinions on latest trends for clients to consider
  • Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication skills and positive attitude
  • Continued enthusiasm towards the medium and the desire to constantly educate one’s self on the latest information
