The role

This role includes day to day responsibility for managing the Ad Operations team, leading the Company’s digital campaign delivery and ensuring suitable setup for key operational functions including tracking, site tagging, reporting and automation. Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage the trafficking team, day to day as well as their career development
•    Agency lead for all Adserving and Tracking technology relationships – including emerging digital platforms for offline channels, e.g. TV and OOH
•    Manage a joined-up approach with Insights, Data and Analytics teams to ensure optimum data capture
•    Work with client and channel teams across Havas Media and Arena as part of Middle Office
•    Internal education of adserving and tracking technology
•    Identify opportunities to improve the trafficking process and automate repetitive tasks

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, who can shape the future of the Ad Operations team as part of Middle Office. The candidate will have experience in designing and enforcing efficient workflow practices, be technically literate and able to explain issues clearly to non-technical teams and clients. Previous experience in trafficking is essential. Key Skills:
•    In-depth knowledge of DFA
•    HTML and JavaScript experience
•    Excellent customer service and communication skills, including client-facing ability
•    Understanding of all digital media channels and their Ad Ops requirements
•    Previous team management experience
•    The ability to lead key initiatives from incubation to scale.
