The company

A newly formed travel marketing company specialising in high-end holidays for high spending clientele. They provide bespoke holiday solutions across the world and utilise the very best suppliers for all elements.
They have 3 separate Marketing Directors covering different areas of the world and everything is underpinned with Online Marketing and Analytics.

The role

We are looking for a Head of customer engagement who will be responsible for transforming the brand into a digitally focused, direct response marketing, strong CRM focus, PR and content strategy, you will also be involved in the global multi- channel customer engagement strategy.
This role will involve frequent travel to both US and Europe.
Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • public relations and crisis management and all brand communications with all overseas bases
  • Defining and delivering a multichannel content strategy to drive content generation, management and workflow across all marketing channels including social media.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial marketing partners and deliver effective mutually beneficial joint campaigns.

The candidate

The Head of customer engagement MUST have/be:

  • A minimum of 7 – 10 years senior marketing management experience with recent experience focusing on online development, ecommerce and/or digital marketing.
  • Thorough and current knowledge base of online, direct marketing, CRM and social principles and techniques
  • Demonstrable project management skills including system implementation.
  • Ability to deliver across all broadcast channels
  • Results driven with a track record in developing successful brand strategies and delivering customer focused segmented marketing campaigns
