The role

This role involves leading the company’s digital strategy across all disciplines and channels.
You will be the lead for all things relating to digital strategy for all agency clients as well as the agency as a business too.
You will create a digital vision for the agency’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
To be high profile with media owners, technology developers and future talent
Service solutions – to work out what services we invest in and which ones we outsource.
To ensure the agency makes the most of the creative and efficiency benefits digital can bring to our clients.
To be a key part of the agency management team.

The candidate

A true all-rounder and self-starter who can front client conversations from DSP’s to social strategy to digital strategy integration into a TV led campaign and a working knowledge of the best tools and platforms to utilise.
A leader that can be flexible in their way of working as not all digital areas are directly under their responsibility (such as buying)
Someone who will roll their sleeves up as much as being an important pitch team member helping us to agency of the year again
