The role

This role involves implementing and overseeing day-to-day operations in the Customer Marketing department including all digital media, creative, development and customer support teams. Key Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for hands-on Key Account Management to an existing, international client base
•    Responsible for liaising with client marketing teams, designers and software developers from both the client side and the Company to build adverts, manage reporting, trafficking and campaign management and optimisation
•    Manage a team, which involves working closely with new clients and their brief to set up and deliver bespoke advertising campaigns.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running digital performance media business within a UK media agency. Key Skills:
•    Exposure to trading desk / programmatic / biddable media buys
•    A passion for delivering a first class customer service
•    Excellent attention to detail – a digital perfectionist
•    Experience of managing a team
•    Strong communication skills (face to face, telephone and written)
•    Ability to make decisions under pressure
