They have excellent links to the hottest creative agencies and take creative media planning very seriously, delivering outstanding levels of innovation, client servicing and media results.

The role

This role is for an individual who has had experience working across a number of different clients, has strong negotiation skills and someone who will bring passion to the role. Key Responsibilities:
•    Work alongside the two team leaders with a specific remit to evolve the Company’s digital planning capability for music clients
•    Be able to think creatively and have an adaptive approach to using media owner inventory
•    Present new ideas and concepts clearly
•    Help shape the Company’s mobile offering as well as developing relationships with key media owners with a view to driving  better trading and innovation

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of the digital landscape and emerging media platforms. Key skills:
•    Strong communicator and highly presentable
•    Media buying and negotiation
•    Maintaining client relationships
•    Team management
•    Media tools and techniques (e.g. research and response evaluation)
•    Ideas hungry and being able to think beyond pure display space
•    Experience with appropriate technologies (bid management, 3rd party tracking etc)
