The role

This role involves developing an integrated digital marketing agenda that accurately reflects and builds upon determined brand strategy. Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop the UK digital marketing strategy to drive consumer engagement across brands, liaising with wider functions to ensure full UK alignment where appropriate.
•    Commercialise the brand calendar; ensure all digital elements of campaigns are aligned to the ‘Always On’ strategy and that they are brought to market in budget, on time and with full engagement of all stakeholders.
•    Develop specific digital creative where necessary and secure sign off from all stakeholders.
•    Set clear digital strategy to ensure that brand teams are aligned and allocate appropriate levels of investment behind Digital activity

The candidate

The candidate should have 4+ years brand management experience. The ideal candidate will have:
•    Experience across many digital marketing channels including social, eCRM, SEM, partnerships and advertising
•    Innovative and entrepreneurial focus, with keen interest in brand engagement platforms.
•    Strong communication skills to engage and influence multiple internal stakeholders and build strong working relationships with agency partners.
•    Strategic thinking capability and ability to take others with you
•    Project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute.
