The company

Main area of expertise for the Company is in-home care. Providing elderly / needy people with professional care as and when required in the comfort of their own home. This is a significantly more attractive option to those who need it versus going into a care-home.
The Company is a privately owned, UK company which started 2010, and now turning over in excess of £10m p.a. Their offering is national, but by far their biggest market is the South East

The role

This role is responsible for defining and executng all digital strategy and online presence for the Company. Key Responsibilities:
•    To lead the development and implementation of the company’s digital marketing vision and strategy ensuring alignment with the business objectives and strategic plans.
•    To create detailed content marketing plans which draws on industry events and market insight.
•    Analysis of market and competition activity to develop the brand marketing and digital  recruitment strategy.
•    Achieve profitable client acquisition and retention via online channels.
•    Improve online engagement and experience and customer journey and sales conversions. To be responsible for the ongoing testing and improvement of the company’s digital presence

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a senior and highly experienced individual with a proven track record who has lived and breathed digital marketing; with a particular focus on optimising websites/ conversion, mobile marketing, PPC and SEO campaigns. Key Skills:
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital/online marketing
•    Experience in leading the development of and delivery of digital strategies
•    Ability to develop consistent and compelling marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms (SEO, SEM, paid advertising, mobile, display, affiliate marketing)
•    B2C Digital experience
•    Experience with retrieving and analysing data, business intelligence tools, presenting key findings and developing strategies and action plans from the findings
