The role

This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, channel planning, buying and measurement of all online media and retargeting programs across the flagship website properties of the Company. Key Responsibilities:
•    Management of annual online media strategy, development and maintenance of annual media plans on an on-going basis.
•    Management of media investment across multiple properties, regions and campaigns throughout the year.
•    Oversee all communication and management of vendors including agencies, and ensure they have necessary information to deliver on campaign objectives: target audience analysis, budgets, creative, tracking URL’s and all other materials necessary to execute and optimize all campaigns.
•    Collaborate with the team and agencies to recommend, manage and report on the optimization and effectiveness of all online media campaigns.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a sound practitioner in the display and retargeting disciplines. Your background will include extensive exposure to media strategy, planning and buying and you’ll need to be proficient in ad serving technologies, research tools, attribution measurement and tag management solutions. Key Skills:
•    Solid B2B Marketing expertise and experience in online media management and display is ESSENTIIAL
•    Analytical and results-oriented
•    Experience using ad trafficking software (e.g. DART/DFA, Atlas or Mediaplex)
•    Experience using attribution and audience measurement tools(e.g Comscore, Adometry)
•    Experience using tag management solutions (e.g Ensighten, Tag Man or Tealium)
•    Experience working with and managing digital media and creative agencies, demand side platforms (DSP) and retargeting vendors.
