The role

We are looking for a performance manager who will contribute thinking to shape client’s strategic comms plan; provide innovative communication solutions for your clients and for pitches where required.
Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Strategic focus, external relationship management, mobilisation and commercial edge:
  • Be at the forefront of performance industry knowledge by keeping up to date with industry news and developments. Present on a specific specialist topic in monthly team meetings
  • Manage the delivery of performance-focused online display campaigns from start to finish
  • Oversee production of best-in-class media reports; produce accurate and insightful analysis

The candidate

The Performance manager MUST have/ be:

  • Previous management experience
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Planned and organised – attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellence in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Data analysis/statistics background
