The company

The lead agency in a powerhouse global media agency network with outstanding UK and International divisions. They work with an extremely impressive client line up and are famed for delivering excellent media solutions to both brand and response focused advertisers. All areas of digital media are covered off in significant depth and they have experts in all divisions.

The role

The role involves support the Company’s digital team on delivering campaigns for a variety of UK clients, across sectors from an enviable client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
•    Supporting the Manager and Account Director on delivering performance display campaigns for the Company’s clients.
•    Assist the Manager in planning, forecasting and optimisation requirements across a range of campaigns.
•    Assist the Manager and Account Director in formulating performance strategies, media plans and roadmaps for delivery.
•    Supply well thought out plans for the Company’s Ad Operations team that deliver tagging and creative solutions.
•    Provide frequent progress/contact reports regarding performance efforts and key metrics to clients and/or internal teams.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about performance display, RTB and the evolving technology landscape in programmatic space. Plus – a desire to broaden their knowledge across other digital channels. Key Skills:
•    Proven experience of working on RTB campaigns that have delivered tangible results
•    1-2 years’ experience in an in-house or agency role
•    Analytical skills including a comfort working with a number of core Analytics packages and Excel
•    Solid understanding of the mechanics of RTB – including demand, supply side and ad exchanges.
•    Good understanding of bidding strategies, tagging recommendations and creative optimisation.
