The role

This role involves planning across all channels for the Company’s clients. Key Responsibilities:
•    Leading key areas of the clients business
•    Build long term strategies to help clients deliver on their business target
•    Oversee the accounts day-to-day activities
•    Develop the media strategy alongside the Business Director and oversee it through to implementation (led by the Planning Manager and Planning Exec).

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Planning Director with ideally 7 + years media planning experience, who has a track record of delivering successful strategies and campaigns across both offline and online media channels. Key Skills:
•    Client skills – deliver and maintain excellent client relations
•    Strategy creation – deliver innovative planning and inspiration to others in the group
•    Ideas – create, develop and push game-changing ideas through to execution
•    People management – development of direct reports to ensure they exceed their KPIs
•    Productivity – encourage greater creativity in strategy development and propose better ways of working with clients
