The role

The role involves directing the Search Managers and providing them direction on how to improve their management skills. Responsibilities include:
•    Recruitment and the wider direction of the search team
•    Escalating the teams clients Leading and inspiring the search team
•    Driving standards to achieve the highest level of service.
•    Developing strong relationships with senior clients, and media owners / tech companies
•    Responsibility for key clients: develop search strategies and innovation to improve ?business performance and deliver client objectives

The candidate

The candidate needs to have exceptional knowledge of paid search, proven management experience and be a very strong innovator. Ideally they would have 4-5+ years experience, come from an agency background and have experience across the suite of paid search technology. Skills Required:
•    Leadership and People Management skills
•    Excellent paid search knowledge, both strategic and implementational
•    Knowledge of SEO techniques and how to integrate with PPC
•    Good knowledge of industry bid management tools and ad serving technology
