The company

This is a top 10 media agency who have a reputation in the market as a forward thinking, creative and entrepreneurial organisation.
They work across a wide range of advertisers (often challenger brands) and are home to some of the coolest brands in UK today for all their media needs.
An approachable and generally fun culture without a lot of the politics that blights some of the larger media agencies, and their focus for digital is strategy, integration, analytics and client servicing.

The role

This role as a PPC Account Director will be to formulate and lead successful PPC strategies for the Company’s clients. You will be the key contact for senior clients and an ambassador for the agency in your field as well as responsible for building good relationships with key suppliers.  Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop Paid Search strategies that deliver against the clients’ overall business objectives
•    Demonstrate an understanding of the clients’ brands and business objectives
•    Develop senior relationships with both key clients and key relevant technology suppliers
•    Keep up to date with the latest PPC news and be responsible for ensuring that the wider PPC team are constantly learning and developing their PPC knowledge
•    Educate other agency departments by promoting PPC as a key part of the digital marketing mix

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and prior experience in PPC and a good understanding of both SEO and Social. Key Skills:
•    Ability to deliver accurate work to the agency, clients and suppliers in a timely manner
•    High levels of competency in presentation, both written and verbal
•    Ability to communicate confidently and succinctly to clients at the most senior level
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and develop more junior members of the PPC team
