This is a relatively small, full service digital agency with significant emphasis on digital media including all disciplines of search and performance.

They are very good at what they do, are growing rapidly. The inclusion of creative and user experience within the media discipline means that media planning and delivery is significantly more interesting, integrated and generates better results for advertisers.

The role

We are looking for a senior search manager who will be responsible for managing,  strategically planning and implementing large-scale search campaigns for major clients.

  • Building strong relationships with clients in order to influence and cross sell.
  • Act as trouble-shooter and mentor for  AM/AE
  • Managing team budgets and targets including forecasting and reporting
  • Ensuring AD and HOS is notified of any significant changes or developments within your teams budget
  • Comprehensive understanding of each client , their targets, their vision and our part in their marketing plan
  • Overseeing comprehensive analysis on all your teams account results and ensure quarterly forecasts and client business plans are completed to the highest level

The candidate

The Search Manager MUST have:

  • 4 year+ Search experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Search technology i.e. Dart, Atlas, Kenshoo, Marin etc.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of the internet market and its current role in media consumption.
  • Strong understanding of Search and how it fits in the overall marketing mix.
